Okeechobee RESIDENTS with a Learner’s Permit may schedule their apt online. Click Schedule your Appointment.

If you do not hold a Learner’s Permit you must call the office to schedule your apt at 863-763-3421.

Documents Required

Current Florida Resident Seeking an Address Change

Driver License and ID Card address changes may be eligible for online processing. Online services for Driver's Licenses and ID Card address changes are made at MyDMV Portal.

Driver License and ID Card address changes may also be conducted at our office. Address changes require 2 proofs of address for individuals seeking an address change. The FLHSMV’s Certification of Address Form can be used in the case of only one proof of address or if you are using proof of address for someone you are living with. The completed form, including required documentation, should be submitted at the time of their appointment.
